What it is

This is a high-touch, interactive workshop for women who are ready to stop hiding — and start speaking, showing up, and being seen in service of what they care about.

Whether you’re launching something, leading something, or stepping into a new season of visibility, this space is designed to help you build the confidence — and the skills — to finally show up as yourself.

This isn’t about performing or chasing likes.
It’s about learning to speak clearly, show up fully, and represent your mission, your message, or your work — with confidence and clarity

We’ll talk about what’s really in the way — and then we’ll practice moving through it, together.

We’ll cover the internal shifts (confidence, mindset, calming yourself down), and the practical stuff (recording yourself, what to say, how to film it).

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a lab.

You’ll get tools, space to practice, and support from me and a small group of women doing the same brave thing.


And it’s going to change how you show up from here on out.

FAQs

  • Totally normal. You don’t have to love it to learn how to do it well. This workshop is a safe space to explore your resistance, build confidence, and practice in a way that feels supported — not performative. You’ll never be forced to share anything you’re not ready to.

  • No problem. I’ll walk you through the basics — where to place your phone, how to film yourself, what simple tools help (and what you don’t need). No fancy gear required.

  • Yes — but not for public use. You’ll use your phone to film yourself, for yourself, as part of the hands-on practice. Nothing is shared, posted, or judged. This is a space to get more comfortable with the process, not the polish. You can delete as you go or keep what you record to use.

  • Not at all. This workshop is for anyone who wants to show up more confidently — for work, leadership, a cause, a project, or a personal mission. Whether you're a founder, artist, facilitator, or just stepping into something new, this will meet you where you are.

  • Yes there will be a replay of the online workshop only.

  • Yes! If you’d like to attend both the in-person and the online sessions, we’d love to have you. Just register for each separately.

  • Because of the limited space and intimate nature of this offering, all sales are final. If something unexpected comes up, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend or colleague.
