core routines & creating a life centered around what matters

  • Candita Clayton Gallery: in the Hope Artiste Village 999 Main Street Unit 105 Pawtucket, RI, 02860 United States (map)

Do you ever feel like you are being dragged behind your life instead of steering your own ship? Do weeks fly by and you realize you haven't lived fully? Is there room for more meaning, nourishment and intention in your life?

Without keeping what matters to us top of mind, it can be all too easy to forget to include the exact activities, rituals, routines and experiences that make us feel like we are living a full life that nourishes us. In this workshop we are going to identify the core routines that make us feel most alive, grounded and fulfilled. Then we are going to create a physical reminder of what these core routines are for us to keep with us to refer to and aid us in cultivating these new habits.

Workshop includes:

  • meditation and creative exercises

  • helpful questioning and prompts to identify and investigate what matters most to us

  • creative art materials to craft our visual reminder (feel free to bring your own)

  • a creative and supportive tribe to collaborate with

When: Thursday June 1st 6:30-9:00pm

Where: The Candita Clayton Gallery at the Hope Artiste Village
