Do you ever feel like you are being dragged behind your life instead of steering your own ship? Do weeks fly by and you realize you haven't lived fully? Is there room for more meaning, nourishment and intention in your life?
Without keeping what matters to us top of mind, it can be all too easy to forget to include the exact activities, rituals, routines and experiences that make us feel like we are living a full life that nourishes us. In this workshop we are going to identify the core routines that make us feel most alive, grounded and fulfilled. Then we are going to create a physical reminder of what these core routines are for us to keep with us to refer to and aid us in cultivating these new habits.

A few years ago I heard of an event that my friend Andrea Scher was doing out in California called a "Storybowl". She was craving connection with other like minded women and had a vision of sitting together in a circle playing a game of sharing true stories from their lives. Motivated by a bowl of prompts, they broke down boundaries and well.. shared deeply. I was hooked and haven't stopped thinking about it since. Because I live too far away to attend her event I decided to host my own and I am calling it "In Her Own Words".
