tell these people why they are here
stay in the know about what we're up to
Do you ever feel like you are being dragged behind your life instead of steering your own ship? Do weeks fly by and you realize you haven't lived fully? Is there room for more meaning, nourishment and intention in your life?
Without keeping what matters to us top of mind, it can be all too easy to forget to include the exact activities, rituals, routines and experiences that make us feel like we are living a full life that nourishes us. In this workshop we are going to identify the core routines that make us feel most alive, grounded and fulfilled. Then we are going to create a physical reminder of what these core routines are for us to keep with us to refer to and aid us in cultivating these new habits.
I AM A PEOPLE PERSON AND I LOVE A GREAT EVENING OF FOOD, FRIENDS AND DEEP CONNECTION. YOU?
A few years ago I heard of an event that my friend Andrea Scher was doing out in California called a "Storybowl". She was craving connection with other like minded women and had a vision of sitting together in a circle playing a game of sharing true stories from their lives. Motivated by a bowl of prompts, they broke down boundaries and well.. shared deeply. I was hooked and haven't stopped thinking about it since. Because I live too far away to attend her event I decided to host my own and I am calling it "In Her Own Words".
What if I told you that learning to see differently can change your life? Trust me, it can. And in this workshop I am going to show you how. Have you ever stopped to consider that the way we look at and experience our world is often done by default? Did you know that our vision can be strengthened, like a muscle, and when we exercise it, it transforms, changing the way we view our world and ourselves? Each us perceives our experience through our own unique lens, from our personal vantage points but did you know that lens can be swapped out for others in our arsenal that would drastically changed the results? Photography, even with our iPhones, has the power to help us change the way we see, think, and feel but we have to know how to use it to do so.
Do you love Paris? Does the idea of exploring this magical city through your own unique lens light you up? Perhaps you just want to become a better photographer? Whether you are looking to learn how to get off your camera's automatic settings, compose better shots or develop your ability to see through mindfulness practices this workshop is for you! Come join us for a 5 day photography exploration where we will teach you the art of seeing. You will deepen the way you see and experience the world around you as well as your own inner landscape through daily exercises, excursions and practice.
